December 2, 2015  – Group Ten Metals Inc. (TSXv: PGE; FSE: 5D31) (the “Company” or “Group Ten”) announces the appointment of Ms. Jody Bellefleur as CFO, and Ms. Frances Petryshen as Corporate Secretary.

Ms. Bellefleur is a CPA, CGA with over 15 years’ experience as a corporate accountant including work for a number of publicly listed mineral exploration companies.  She has been a Member of the CGA Association of BC since 1998, and is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.  Ms. Bellefleur currently serves as CFO of Zimtu Capital Corp., ALX Uranium Corp., and Equitas Resources Corp.

Ms. Petryshen brings over 25 years of management experience with a specialization in corporate compliance and governance for public, private and not-for-profit organizations.  She has been a Director and Officer of several public and private companies.  Currently, she is a Director and Secretary of Zimtu Capital Corp., and serves as corporate secretary to a number of Zimtu Capital’s core equity holdings.  Ms. Petryshen is an Accredited Director and a Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“FCIS”) where she currently serves as Director of the BC Branch.

Mr. Graham Thatcher has resigned as CFO.  The Company would like to thank Mr. Thatcher for his years of excellent work and dedication for the Company and its shareholders.

In addition, Group Ten announces that effective immediately, it had relocated its corporate office.  The new head office address is:
